A new way to discover and collect contemporary art

How It Works

Salon presents recurring online exhibitions of original artworks by professional contemporary artists. Each work is selected through a rigorous review process, acquired by Salon, and later presented in a focused exhibition shaped by a guest curator. For collectors, the experience is simple: original artworks, one format, one price, clear context, and a direct route to acquisition.

The Salon Model

Critical Review & Acquisition

Once a month, artists submit work for review with our independent art critics. Selected works are then acquired for Salon’s reserve before they are exhibited. This means that each artwork has already passed through a layer of review, commitment, and care before it reaches the collector.

Curated Exhibition Drop

Frequent micro exhibitions are each shaped by a new guest curator, telling a new chapter in an ongoing story told through artu2014capturing a mood, a question, or a response to the moment. Collectors are invited to experience a distinct point of view and discover how individual works can come together to create meaning.

Collected With Confidence

Salon is designed to help collectors build thoughtfully over time. Because every artwork shares the same square format and signature frame, together with Salonu2019s u2018exchange at any timeu2019 policy, works can be compared, acquired, arranged, and rearranged with ease as a collection, and its collector, evolves with every new discovery.

How exhibitions work

Salon’s recurring online exhibitions are designed to create a more engaging and manageable collecting experience. Each exhibition includes a small group of original artworks selected from the Salon reserve and shaped by a guest curator.

Every work is the same size and the same price, allowing collectors to focus on the work itself — what holds their attention, what resonates, and what they feel ready to live with.

Our exhibitions open on the last Thursday of each month at 6pm Paris time — a good moment to pour a glass of wine, browse the new selection, and join a growing community of thoughtful collectors.

Delivery, returns and exchanges

To give collectors the peace of mind to follow their instincts, Salon offers a 30-day return policy, as well as an exchange-at-any-time policy, so collectors can buy with confidence while still having flexibility if a work is not quite right for their space or collection. T&Cs apply.

Once purchased, works are prepared and shipped after the exhibition closes. Delivery usually takes 3–7 working days from dispatch, depending on the destination. Each artwork is secured by an Arteïa blockchain-secured NFC tag, which helps guarantee its authenticity and provenance.
